Brewed my first cup this morning and the high-altitude Kirinyaga beans gave it that bright, clean finish I've been chasing. The washed process really lets the natural character come through without any bitterness. Already ordered another bag.

Brewed this as a pour-over and the clean, crisp finish was exactly what I wanted. The beans are uniformly sized, which made grinding feel consistent. Only wish the bag had a stronger seal to keep freshness longer.

The washed process really lets the bright, clean acidity shine through in the cup, and I’m enjoying the complex flavor notes. My only small disappointment is the bag isn’t resealable, so I had to transfer the beans to a separate container.
