Finally, a decaf that actually tastes like real coffee — the natural sugarcane process makes it smooth without that weird chemical aftertaste. I’m brewing it as a straight espresso and getting a nice crema with just the right amount of body.

The sugarcane decaf process leaves a surprisingly rich, syrupy mouthfeel for a decaf — I brew it as a shot after dinner and honestly can’t tell it’s missing caffeine. The single-origin Colombian beans give it a clean finish I’ve been chasing for ages.

I’m not a huge fan of decaf usually, but this one surprised me—the sugarcane process really keeps that rich, natural coffee flavor without any chemical aftertaste. Grinds beautifully for espresso and pulls a smooth shot with a nice crema. Only wish it came in a bigger bag for the price.
