哥倫比亞 利納爾科·羅德里格斯 藝伎 水洗 濃縮咖啡 - 單一產區

This single-origin from Betania Farm gives such a clean, bright cup—the altitude really comes through in the crisp acidity. I’ve been pulling it as a morning espresso and the body is surprisingly silky for a washed Gesha.

The floral notes from this high-altitude Huila bean come through beautifully even in a latte. I've been dialing in my grinder for weeks and this is the first single-origin that's given me such a clean, sweet shot.

First pull of the morning and the crema was thick and honey-toned, exactly what I hoped for from a high-altitude Huila lot. It’s my new weekend espresso, and I’m already rationing the bag.
