Brewed a V60 with this and the clarity is genuinely impressive—the washed process really lets the SL28's character shine through. That Huila highland altitude shows in the clean, crisp finish that lingers nicely. Already planning my next bag.

Colombia Maria Rodriguez SL28 Washed Filter - Single Origin

This single-origin from Betania Farm gives such a clean, bright cup—the altitude really comes through in the crisp acidity. I’ve been pulling it as a morning espresso and the body is surprisingly silky for a washed Gesha.

Colombia Linarco Rodriguez Gesha Washed Espresso - Single Origin

The decaf process didn’t strip any of the body—this pulls a rich, syrupy shot that holds up beautifully in milk. It’s rare to find a single-origin decaf with this much character, and knowing it comes from the Gasca family’s farm in Huila makes it taste even better.

Colombia Zarza Pacamara E.A. Decaf Espresso - Single Origin

Finally, a hot chocolate that doesn't rely on fillers—the texture is so smooth and rich. I love that it's vegan-friendly and uses ethically sourced cocoa, which made me feel good about the purchase. This big 1kg bag is going to last me through many cozy nights.

Cocoa Jackson Hot Chocolate 1kg

Finally, a decaf that actually tastes like real coffee — the natural sugarcane process makes it smooth without that weird chemical aftertaste. I’m brewing it as a straight espresso and getting a nice crema with just the right amount of body.

Colombia La Serrania Sugarcane Decaf Espresso - Single Origin
