Colombia Zarza Pacamara E.A. Decaf Filter - Single Origin.

Jonathan Gasca, his wife Alejandra and his lovely family are the backbone of Zarza coffee in Huila, Colombia. The Gasca brothers and their family have been passionately producing coffee at scale for 80 years. Their progression and achievements over that time are nothing less than spectacular.

Jhonatan and his family have taken specialty coffee to new heights, and their coffee reflects their passion for the industry. This lot is an extension of their hard work; a Pacamara produced on their Bella Vista farm and processed through E.A. sugarcane decaffeination.

An incredibly special and uncommon Decaf microlot, that is well deserving of our ‘Top Shelf’ label.

Joseph ★★★★★

I was skeptical about decaf until I tried this one—the Pacamara beans give it a rich, full body that holds up beautifully in my morning pour-over. The E.A. decaf process really preserves the flavor, and it's smooth enough to drink black without any bitterness.

Emma ★★★★★

Finally, a decaf that doesn't taste like dirty water—this single origin has actual sweetness and a clean finish. The beans are surprisingly plump for a decaf, and the filter roast lets the delicate notes shine through without any bitterness.

Jacob U. ★★★★★

I was nervous about losing flavor with a decaf, but this single-origin from the Gasca family in Huila still has that clean, smooth taste I love. The beans are noticeably less bitter than my usual morning brew, and it makes a perfect afternoon cup without the jitters.
